Modern Adobe, Steps to Sights!

The location of the house is well situated within walking distance to downtown and canyon road with galleries. The beds were very comfortable and the house has been updated beautifully. The hosts checked in during our stay and answered questions very quickly during our stay. Our group of four women felt comfortable at the house and one bedroom can be made into two twin beds. Only feedback I have is to put a mirror in that bedroom as the only full length or bigger mirror was in the king bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and walked everywhere from the house.

Excellent location - a short walk to the Capitol and Plaza as well as nearby restaurants groceries and food trucks.

Great location, easily walkable to the sites. Hosts were very responsive and the house is well equipped. The road in front is a bit busy, but quiet at night. Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay here and recommend it. The property is right next to the Capitol. We did not have a rental car. We walked everywhere.As a heads up, the property is on a busy street. We did not mind it, and traffic dies down at night. The traffic did not interfere with sleep in the least. It’s payment for the property’s central location.The property also does not have a dishwasher. We didn’t mind – we felt quite European as we walked everywhere and hand-washed dishes – but be forewarned. That said, the kitchen is great. High-quality oven, microwave, warming drawer (!!) and stove. The microwave is extremely powerful; consider using the sensor heat function.The best part of the kitchen is the espresso maker. We were daunted at first, but it is easy to figure out. You Tube videos are plentiful. We recommend keeping the dose level at 20 and using dark roast coffee.If you need to work while you are here, there’s a pleasant nook in the kitchen. Internet speed was excellent.The bed in the back bedroom was extremely comfortable – set up as a king. We did not sleep in the primary bedroom.Our favorite restaurant was Radish and Rye. Expensive but worth it. We also walked to Sage Bakehouse on the regular for pastries.
