Amazing house and location

Everything was great.. Had a wonderful Christmas, thanks for having the Christmas Tree up.. The cooks loved having all the drawers in the Kitchen labeled. The space was great and being in the gated community was a plus. A couple of issues the small bedroom on first floor heat was not working, had a space heater but do not like running them at night. The small bathroom on the first floor did not have a shower head..found in in the garage.....also I fixed the folding door in that bedroom so you don't need the rock to keep it closed. Also need to check the keys to the gate a couple of them did not work. The big issue is the road E Alameda is really bad, pot holes and at our visit mud...not sure who takes care of it. Home is gorgeous! Location is perfection super close walking distance to the arts walk..It was amazing and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was such a fun property—very chic and comfortable! And a great location. We enjoyed walking near the creek and Canyon road. We would love to stay again.
