Most difficult to improve on this property.

This was a great house in every regard! perfectly stocked, lots of extras, great location 6 minutes from the center of Santa Fe. Very comfortable furnishings and bedding. Lacking for nothing except one thing. One of the main attractions for us was the amazing view from the home in virtually all rooms as shown in the pictures. However, the trees in front of the living room and dining room and main patio have grown up to block about 3/4 of the view. They just need a foot or two trimmed from the top. Very easy to do since they are right next to the house. The photos show a little of them impeding the view but it is now substantially more. It is a shame that they dont keep these trimmed as this really was such an amazing part of the house and one of the main reasons I rented it. I sent an email to them regarding this but got no reply. Should this keep you from renting? your call. The house in every other regard was amazing and perfect. Just hoping the owners read this and take an hour to trim the tops of their trees.

This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as perfect as our first visit. Comfortable rooms, perfect location and stand-out views of the sunset. Our kids love the game room. For a beautiful hike or trail run, drive 3 minutes to the Dale Ball Trails - Sierra del Norte trailhead. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Santa Fe.

House was exactly as pictured and described. Very well appointed with soaps (dishwasher, laundry, body wash), shampoo, conditioner and lotion in all bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked with common oils and spices. Gorgeous view! Lots of toys for big (teens) and little kids. Easy access to downtown and the ski mountain.
